Clearly identify your beliefs about and attitude toward your body
Build practical day to day awareness around your thoughts and beliefs around your body
Shift your mindset around your body from one of lack or attachment to one of appreciation and honoring

-The mind-body connection, and why it's important when it comes to our relationship with our body
-You'll start Claire's Body Journey Journal
-We'll cover practical awareness building practices, the importance of radical honesty, and the balance of loving accountability and acknowledgment
-We will dive into why self love can seem out of reach, the importance of feeling, and ways to relate to your body in tangible ways in order to build more authentic love
-We'll cover body awareness techniques as well as daily practices to build trust and love with your body will be introduced
-We'll dive more into the importance of awareness, in particular our self talk around our bodies as well as our judgments
-More exercises in Claire's Body Journey Journal
-We'll reinforce the notion of honoring our bodies, what that looks like in our daily lives, and how it can change and shift our relationships in beautiful ways and
-We'll bring things to a close with some intention setting as we bring all the tools we've just learned out into our everyday lives
